Briefing: The WSEMA Conference will be returning to the eastside of the state in 2025! The conference will be held at the Northern Quest Resort & Casino in Airway Heights, WA September 22-25, 2025. Prepare for deployment agents! We look forward to seeing you in September!
Registration is now open! WSEMA Conference Registration 2025
- Member Early Bird – Register by 7/15/2025 $365 see your email from the president for your member registration discount code
- Non-Member Early Bird – Register by 7/15/2025 $400
- Regular Registration – Register by 8/31/2025 $425
- Late Registration – Registration 9/01/2025 and after $475
Single Day Registration
- Tuesday 9/23/25 & Wednesday 9/24/2025 – Includes meals and Vendor Social $225 each day
- Wednesday, 9/24/2025 – Additional banquet tickets available for $65
- Thursday, 9/25/2025 – No charge, no meal included
Hotel Reservations: Reservations must be made by phone through Northern Quest Resort & Casino – Spokane Reservation Team at 1-877-871-6772. Hotel rooms cannot be secured without registering for the conference.

Refund Policy:
Cancel by August 1, 2025 – Full refund minus banking fees.
Cancel by August 29, 2025 – 50% refund minus banking fees.
After August 29, 2025 – Non-refundable.
