We will be taking 2 votes at the April meeting.
1. The Scholarship Committee has drafted a recommended change to the bylaws Article XII, Section 2: Scholarship Program. See pages 12 -14. The recommendations are as follows:
· widen the availability of the scholarship to include graduate students
· allow for an alternative board member to chair the committee
· removed the specific process language from the bylaws as it is already in the WSEMA Executive Board SOP.

2. The Strategic Planning Committee has developed a proposal for a WSEMA professional certification program. The intent is to share program concept and SWOT analysis, and to vote whether the membership wants to pursue development of this program.
