Silent Auction Scholarship Fundraiser – Support the scholarship fund by bringing a gift basket/item/package for the Silent Auction! (or you can also make a cash donation).
Whether it’s something unique from your region, a collection of local treats, or a creative themed basket, every contribution adds excitement and value to the event.
WSEMA Board Elections – We have a couple of board positions up for election. This year the West-Side Representative, Secretary, and the Tribal Liaison are open. These are 2 yr terms.
- Elections are conducted in-person at the General Membership Meeting on Sep 24th.
- Candidates may nominate themselves or be nominated by another WSEMA member.
- Candidates for Board positions must be Active WSEMA Members, as defined in the WSEMA Constitution.
- Nominations shall be made to the President via email
- During the General Membership Meeting, a call for nominations from the floor will be made prior to commencement of voting
- Individuals nominated from the floor must be present to accept the nomination and be an Active WSEMA Member prior to their nomination.
- Member dues and registrations will not be accepted at the time of the meeting.
Membership renewals reminder – don’t forget that our membership year runs Oct 1-Sep 30. Membership renewal notices have been going out. You don’t have to wait to renew.
