2026 WSEMA Annual Conference, provides vendors with opportunities to showcase their products and services at our annual conference, which is attended by approximately 250 people.
Please join us for the 2026 WSEMA Annual Conference at Muckelshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, Washington. The main conference starts on Tuesday, September 22 and concludes on Thursday, September 24, 2026
- Commercial Booth Space is $1,000*
- Government Entities/Non-Profit Booth Space $600*
- Wednesday Night Festivities is $75 additional
*Includes conference registration for two people and meals, excluding Wednesday night. It also includes an 8-foot skirted table and Wi-Fi. Please plan on bringing any power extension cords that you require.
In addition to the booth space described above, there are additional conference sponsorship opportunities in three levels:
- Platinum $5,000
- Gold $3,000
- Silver $2,000
- Bronze $1,000

Tentative Schedule Includes:
- Monday September 21: 12pm-8pm Exhibitor Set Up; 5 PM Welcome Reception
- Tuesday September 22: 8am-8pm Exhibit Area Open with 5-8 PM as the Exhibitor Social
- Wednesday September 23: 8am-4:30pm Exhibit Area Open; Tear-down may commence after 4:30pm.
