Call for Presentations EXTENDED through May 3rd, 2024
CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
The WSEMA Executive Board and Conference Committee are seeking proposals for presentations to be a part of the program for the 2024 WSEMA Annual Conference. With a theme of ‘We Are Family,’ we are seeking presentations that highlight the best of what we can achieve when we work together.
TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS
To provide our members with a diverse and enjoyable program, we are seeking both 15-minute mini-presentations designed to quickly deliver important information and agency updates and more robust 60-minute full presentations designed to inform and engage conference attendees through presentation of lessons learned, best practices, and innovative approaches to emergency management.
HOW TO SUBMIT A PRESENTATION
This Call for Presentations will be open through May 3, 2024. All proposals for presentations must be submitted using the web-based form provided at the link below. Notification of selection will be made by May 17 and all individuals submitting a presentation are respectfully asked to hold the conference dates of September 9-12 on their calendars until that time.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
All presenters are encouraged to attend the full conference and registration will open July 8, 2024. A working Conference Agenda and hotel information will be available at that time.
