Since January 2025, the WSEMA Strategic Planning Committee has been working on designing a statewide certification program. At the April 23, 2025 General Membership meeting, the members voted to continue developing the program, the administrative processes, costs and run a pilot with select interested members. Here are the draft application and the SWOT analysis developed by the committee. The intent is to bring a fully developed program back to the membership to decide if this is ready for implementation.
